1Who can use BibleToons
BibleToons is designed for kids between 4 and 10 years old, used together with a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you give consent for any child profiles you add.
2Your account
You can sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity that happens under your account, including anything your child does while signed in.
- Use accurate information when you create or edit your profile.
- Tell us right away if you suspect someone else is using your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3Subscriptions and payments
Some BibleToons features are free; others require a subscription processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel through the original store. Refunds follow the policy of the store that processed the purchase.
We may change pricing or feature bundles in the future. We'll give clear notice before any change affecting an active subscription.
4Acceptable use
Please use BibleToons in a way that respects other users and the spirit of the stories we share.
- Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish our content.
- Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or hateful.
- Don't use the app to send unsolicited messages to anyone.
- Don't attempt to bypass parental controls on a device that isn't yours.
5Content and intellectual property
Comics, audio stories, videos, illustrations, music, and other materials in BibleToons are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to enjoy the content inside the app.
Bible passages quoted in the app are public-domain translations or used under the publishers' fair-use guidelines. Where required we credit the source.
6Parental responsibility
BibleToons is meant to be enjoyed alongside a parent or guardian. You're responsible for selecting age-appropriate content, supervising any external links, and managing screen time. Our Parental Lockdown tools are aids, not substitutes for active supervision.
7Disclaimers
BibleToons is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the app reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every device will be supported. Stories are presented for inspiration and family devotion — they aren't a substitute for spiritual guidance from your faith community.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BibleToons and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll bump the date at the top and surface a notice in-app the next time you launch BibleToons. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new Terms.
