FREQUENTLY ASKED

How do I add another kid to my account?

Open the side drawer → tap your hero. From the kid switcher tap "Add another hero", or open Profile → Edit Profile → "+ Add another kid".

Why is my progress missing on a new device?

Sign in with the same account you used before. We sync favorites, history, and XP automatically once Firebase Auth recognizes you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancellation happens in their settings: iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, or open the Play Store order history for Google purchases. Email us if you'd like us to help.

My PIN isn't working — can you reset it?

We can't see your PIN — it's stored encrypted on your device. Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll guide you through clearing app data so you can set a new one.

A story is missing audio or won't play. What do I do?

Make sure your device has Wi-Fi or cellular data, then close and re-open the app. If that doesn't help, send us the story title and we'll check our CDN.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open Settings → Account → "Delete account". You can also email us and we'll delete your account and all associated data (favorites, progress, profiles) within 30 days.

How do I turn off notifications?

In-app: Settings → Command Center → Notification Zaps. Toggle Daily Verse Burst and Story Mission Alerts independently. Your phone's OS-level notification toggle also overrides ours.
